FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Once you choose an itinerary, you should supply the correct names, nationalities and birth
dates as they appear on each traveller’s passport. Alkebulan Safari Ltd requires a 30 % deposit
of the total tour price per person at the time of booking; the remainder is due no later than one
day before departure. When your deposit is received, the contract is considered binding for you
and the company, and payments made by credit card incur a 3.5 % surcharge.[1]

The company’s package price typically covers non-resident park fees, accommodation,

transportation and game drives, services of a professional driver/guide, round-trip airport

transfers, taxes/VAT, drinking water and all meals listed in your daily itinerary. Items not

included are international flights, accommodation before or after the safari, gratuities, personal

expenses (e.g., souvenirs, travel insurance, visas), government-imposed fee increases and any

meals not specifically listed.[2]

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30 % of the tour price per person is required to secure your
reservation. The balance must be received no later than one day before the safari’s start date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made 60–31 days prior to departure incur a penalty of 65 % of the tour price; cancellations 30–16 days prior incur an 85 % penalty. There are no refunds for cancellations within 16 days of departure or for no-shows. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
International flights to and from your home country are not included. You are responsible for booking your own airfare to the tour departure point. Alkebulan Safari Ltd arranges round-trip airport transfers at your destination. Additional nights before or after your safari can be arranged at extra cost.
